Beautiful true first pressing of Let It Be by The Beatles - PCS 7096
Red apple logo on rear of sleeve
When Let It Be was originally released in the UK in May 1970, it was initially sold as part of a lavish, expensive box set (the Let It Be book box set) which featured a red Apple Records logo on the back of the sleeve.

However, because the box sets were expensive and limited, EMI quickly moved to selling the LP on its own - the leftover sleeves from the box set were used for the initial run of non-box set first pressings of the record. On subsequent pressings, this was changed to the standard green apple logo. The red Apple logo is therefore indicative of true first pressing of this album.

Vinyl is graded as Excellent+

The vinyl exhibits some very light, barely noticeable paper marks / lines on both sides - these are only visible under close scrutiny

The vinyl has a beautiful deep shine and plays through perfectly without any skips - centre labels are perfect - you won't find one in better condition than this

Sleeve is graded as Very Good with some age related shelfwear / edgewear (especially on opening side) / light creasing
