Description
The Beatles
Let It Be.
Original LP Issued in Australia in 1970 by Apple Records (PCSO 7096).
Stereo.
Have a listen to a track from this wonderful slab of vinyl:
I recorded the most 'open' song to show the sound quality...
This was the Beatles' thirteenth and final album release. Let It Be was originally released as a Box Set, with "The Beatles Get Back" book. Of course the album went straight to the number 1 position within the Melody Maker, New Musical Express and Record Retailer charts. It stayed there for 3 weeks from the 23rd of May 1970. The release date was the 8th of May 1970 for the box set and the 6th of November for normal album release.
NOW-here's an opportunity to get hold of a TOP AUDIO copy of this pretty rare album...Not many of these turn up from the Australian pressing.
Catalogue Number: PCSO 7096
Matrix numbers:
Side 1: YEX 773-3U
Side 2: YEX 774-3U
Wonderful early copy here!
First Pressing. Red Apple Logo on sleeve !!
Sleeve: EX-. Front laminated cover which would look great framed! Barely any spidering to the front. The back card has some rubbing and a bend to one of the corners-but only a light bend as it didn't create spidering to the front laminate.
It has the rather unusual [STEREO] in a box above the Let It Be title, on the front.
Lovely condition.

EX+. ONLY DUST and the very odd gentle, light mark to her...SUPERB sound reproduction. All you have to do is a very gentle professional clean to get the dust out of the grooves and negate the static and you've got a TOP COPY!
I have just listened to ALL of the album and had a big grin throughout :)
FLAT as the day she was born.
AS GLOSSY as the day she was born too!
Inner: EX-. It is the ORIGINAL 'Jellyfish' inner. Just some light curling at the edges and two tiny splits of around 3cm to each seam at the opening...that really is it!
SO, ALL IN ALL THIS IS A RARER COPY OF A CLASSIC BEATLES ALBUM, WITH A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COVER (IN FAB CONDITION) AND WITH GREAT SOUND REPRODUCTION.
COMPLETE ALL-ROUND PACKAGE, WHICH SOUNDS F-A-B!
