Description
I am selling my complete collection of The Beatles and Beatles-related records, albums, alternate versions, and novelties.
This lot is for 2 different versions of a 7" vinyl record titled "LOVE ME DO" by THE BEATLES. These were the 20th anniversary versions that were released in 1982 under the CAPITOL RECORDS label #B-5189 and 7PRO-79551,
One record has the Capitol Records yellow/orange swirl label #B-5189. The other record is the Capitol Records PROMO record with a white label # 7PRO-79551.
Both records are in excellent like-new condition.
The picture sleeves are also in excellent condition. Only there is a "asterisk" and "82" in small ink written by the upper right-hand area of the cover of the B-5189 sleeve. There are no split seams on either sleeve,
NOTE: The record will be inserted in a generic white sleeve to prevent damage by the record's edge to the seams of the original photo sleeve (i.e. record will be in 2 sleeves). It will also be inserted in a clear soft polypropylene plastic sleeve for further protection.
This is a 7" vinyl record and 45 rpm speed.
The other side of the record is titled "P.S. I LOVE YOU''.
