Description

An original 1st press of BORDER on UK Asylum labels. Matrix A1/B1. Note that Asylum had been taken over by Warners a year or two earlier. Copies that mention 'Elektra' - come later...not from the time of release. The vinyl comes housed in an original textured cover. We also have the original inner sleeve. So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete. WOWZER.
Vinyl (Ex+) In fantastic condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight mark per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are really quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Clean-as-a-whistle... Expect nothing more than a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. Even the quietest moments play SUPERB...if you want BEST audio....take a close look here. A top level copy throughout...Bangin! FINAL UPGRADE. 
Cover (Ex/Ex+) In super condition without any stupid stickers spoiling on the front. Wowzer - I've seen some nice specimens in my tome - but this example is flat out ridiculous! Think about it...this cover is 50 years old next year...gulp..yes that's true. And the cover is fully white, unlaminated and textured. i cannot begin to tell you how difficult it is to find it perfectly white after that period of time. I mean it is practically impossible. I mean it looks like someone's just walked it straight outta the shop!! Perfectly flat clean without any wear or ageing. When I say it is white...I mean it is WHITE...not nearly white. TOTALLY WHITE.. No edge wear with sharp openings! Spine 99% intact - freakin amazing. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE...forget looking elsewhere...it's a waste of YOUR TIME>
