Description

An original 1967 <MONO> press on Liberty from roughly five years after 1st release [note publishing date on labels]. Matrix A1/B1. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover printed by MacNeill with pinched spine.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In excellent condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing heavy or nasty looking. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Highly addictive - some great original audio on this pressing. Nice and clean into the quieter moments. Blue label Liberty pressings in my opinion are exceptional for audio.  A few isolated crackles in one brief moment per side. And two minor ticks as Sweetie Pie starts up [no big deal]. Otherwise a superb rendition.
Cover (Ex-) In excellent order with a nice clean and uncreased front. Just some left over sticker residue top right. The rear has avoided much of the ageing process just a touch noticeable in a couple of spots. Limited edge wear and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
