Eddie Russ - Take A Look At Yourself - Monument MG 7620, stereo, 1978.  

Vinyl is VG++    A couple light hairlines and inner sleeve impressions, slight storage warp DNAP.  Labels look NM.  

Sleeve is VG    Moisture exposure at bottom edge resulting in some wrinkling and paper tearing, mild rub wear/general wear, gold promo stamp on back.  Company inner sleeve.
