Collectors, here is a great disc, Edison Diamond Disc 52155, circa early 1928.  Two Fox trots for dancing.  On the "R" side, the B.A. Rolph orchestra performs the well-known song "Among My Souvenirs".  On the "L" side, Al Friedman's orchestra plays "Rain", with vocals by Ernest Hare.  Two complex and jazzy arrangements, "Rain" has the expected dollop of "April Showers", very nice listens!  "Souvenirs" was released as Blue Amberol cylinder #5465.  The record plays well with fairly limited surface noise. There are no edge chips, and the two labels are glued tight to the record.  Get dancing to this late, hard to find Diamond Disc, go for it!
