Edu Lobo Missa Breve (Odeon) 1973, Brazil

Wonderful early work from MPB master Lobo, here fusing some wonderful baroque arrangements into his lovely folk-based tunes. A very solid, beautifully composed, arranged and produced album. If you're into similar era Marcos Valle, Chico Buarque, etc... you'll love this one.

*Rare Missa Breve pressing. Most copies were billed as just "Edu Lobo"
