Original first Norsk Jazzforum LP with Jan Garbarek, Jon Christensen, Frode Thingnes, Laila Dalseth etc

This is the holy grail of Norwegian jazz besides Til Vigdis By Jan Garbarek. This is is the first release on the Norwegian Jazzforum label, Til Vigdis was the second and Svein Finnerud trio selftitled the third. This is the rarest one only pressed in 500 copies in 1968 and features a live recording from the Munch museum may the 10 1967. It features the Egil Kapstad choir and orchestra consisting of a line up never to be seen again in Norwegian jazz; Atle Hammer on tumpet, Helge Hurum on flute, Jon Chrsitensen on drums, Frode Thingnæs on trombone, Bjørn Johansen  and Jan Garbarek on saxophones, Terje Bjørklund on pino, Per Løberg on bass, Svein Christiansen on perc and a choir of Anne Kleive, Laila Dalseth, Elaine Roede, Pernille Anker, Maria Helbekkmo. The a side is the track Syner based on a poem by Oscar Wilde a 20 minute long psychedelic jazz track with scatting, experimental parts, some groovy parts, some ebourmously beautful parts with the choir and band mixing together. The b-side is the more steaight be bop orientated  compositions Childrens walts and song for the birds all songs composed by kapstad himself who also plays piano on these two tracks.  The cover design here by Knut Harlem is an original 60s gem with beautiful minimalistic colour design.
