Credit for research "my-hobby-stuff"                                                                                                                                                                                                               It appears that the Forum Group Agency were set up in 1971 according to their notification to apply for a licence "to carry on an employment agency for Theatrical and Variety Artists and Musicians in dance bands at 133 Deans Lane, Edgware" in February of that year.
