Customer satisfaction: I want you to be a satisfied customer, and will work with you to resolve any issue you may have. Before leaving negative feedback (or less than 5 stars!) please contact me so I can fix the problem. My goal is to have return customers who trust that I am giving them a solid, accurately-described item. Thank you for viewing my listing.
Shipping & handling time: I travel frequently for business, and can't always get items in the mail immediately. But I ship as soon as I return, and make every attempt to get your item out as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I WILL ONLY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY USING THE EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. I WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER COUNTRIES, NOR WILL I SHIP WITHOUT USING THIS PROGRAM. PLEASE PAY USING THE INVOICE AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED BY EBAY AND SENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR SUCCESSFUL BID/PURCHASE. IF YOU DO NOT USE THEIR INVOICE AND YOU REQUEST A TOTAL FROM ME, YOU WILL OVERRIDE THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. THIS WILL GREATLY INCREASE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS, AND THE EBAY CALCULATOR IS NOT ALWAYS ACCURATE. THIS WILL RESULT IN MY CANCELING THE TRANSACTION AND RELISTING THE ITEM.
