Description
Elmore James,The Best Of Elmore James,LP, Catalogue Number: (ILP 918), Cover Details: Front laminated sleeve with a Plain inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.
Record Condition: Has been played a fair amount and clearly shows surface marks which are likely to affect play in some way with background noise in most of the quiet parts & possibly the odd click but should not jump or skip.
Any Other Details: Original first pressing, on the red and yellow Sue Record Label. Matrix numbers ILP 918 A & ILP 918 B. The sleeve has a 6mm tear at the front opening edge. There are some creases. The back cover has some grubby marks. This is still a fairly solid sleeve, it has just been handled too much to be excellent. There are some feelable marks on the vinyl, when listened to on our record player, it played without any jumps or sticks, just some light ticks and pops
