Up for Sale is a VERY RARE Elton John album recorded by the Famous Thom Bell,The Complete Thom Bell Sessions!
The songs were recorded in the late 70's and only 2-3 of the songs came out at that time as an EP. Then 10 years later in 1989 the full album was finally released but officially it was only released on cassette and Cd.The Lp version of this album is Promo ONLY so I'm assuming that meant the Vinyl was only meant to be played on the radio and NOT sold in regular record stores at the time.
The cover shows some wear considering it is exactly 30 years old but other than a slight opening/rip going across the top middle part of the album(which I pictured) the cover does not have any tears,holes or rips.The slight tear that is photographed does NOT penetrate into the inside of the album cover exposing the vinyl.
The Vinyl is in VERY NICE condition.I do not want to say NM condition because some hardcore grading fanatics might disagree but it looks GREAT! No deep scratches or major scuffs.If anyone knows about records and where they are cut this album was cut by Artisan Records with the classic Artisan logo on both sides for those that know good sounding,good cut Vinyl Lp's.
