Description
This is a 1964 RCA Victor Stereo Vinyl reissue pressing of Elvis’ Golden Records - Cat# LSP- 1707(e). Condition is “used”. “
RCA Victor” appears with white lettering in the upper part of record label, and “Stereo Electronically Reprocessed” appears with silver lettering in the lower part of record label. The original stereo pressing was in 1962.
Record has been spin cleaned and play tested. Sounds nice! I detected only a few very light surface scratches that can create an occasional soft tick or crackle during play, mainly in the soft passages between songs or in the trail- off. Doesn’t affect or overpower the overall music and listening experience. A very enjoyable album! Would grade vinyl as a VG+ based on current Goldmine Grading standards. Cover Jacket looks nice and clean. Sharp coloring on the front. Has only very light rub wear/aging on edges back, and corners. No ring wear. Spine looks fine with no splits. Upper right front corner edge has a 1/4” split. No other issues. Would grade the Cover Jacket as VG + also, based on current Goldmine Grading standards. An original RCA record sleeve is included with no splits. See all pictures. The latest edition of Goldmine Record Grading lists this 1964 album at $60 for near mint condition. Album is stored in an outside plastic sleeve for added protection and preservation. Will be carefully packed and shipped with USPS Media Mail. Thank you for checking out my listing.
