This is a great 1964 vinyl 45 and picture sleeve of "Heartbreak Hotel" & "I Was the One" by Elvis (447-0605). The vinyl is in very strong VG++ to MINT- condition. The black, dog on top RCA label is also very nice MINT- condition. This picture sleeve is extreamly rare and one the hardest to find from this era. The sleeve does have a few issues, though nothing too bad. There is some ring wear and a tiny one eighth inch spot on the back that has the color scraped off. There is also a little slight wear along the top (not bad, check the pictures to see condition).
I ship fast and TAKE GREAT CARE TO PACK GOOD AND SAFE in a mailer with filler pads for extra protection.

The only way to get delivery confirmation OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. is to ship Express Mail International. Sorry this is so expensive, but I have been taken advantage of in the past and I have to protect myself. Please calculate the shipping costs before bidding so there are no surprises.
