Now, with all that said, yes on a rare occasion a record might get over-graded or the postal service here or overseas may decide to run a forklift over a package or lose it between point “A” and “B”.

While we are responsible for the grading, once it leaves our hands, we have no control.  Insurance on overseas packages only covers up to around $50.  We pack well and have an excellent history for getting items to their new homes.  In over 33 years, maybe not more than two or three a year broken each year (even with shipping 78’s overseas !)

 
Expensive items (over $100) will be shipped “registered receipt” which will give it some extra care.  Also, all items over $100 are packed in special hard box that may cost a little extra, but will help insure safe delivery.  Registered receipt cost is approx $10

We can not (and will not be responsible) for items lost, broken or trashed by any postal service if you do not insure or we can not insure them.  All records are checked for any defects before shipping.
