Sleeve Condition - 8.5 - Unreal condition. Nicest cover I have seen. The ONLY issue I see is the very minor, small splitting, about 1 inch, on the top seam. There is so little ring, very white, small amount of dirt. Spine is TIGHT, very nice.
Record Condition - 7 - VERY nice labels, HARD to find like this.
