Welcome------you are bidding on a RCA MKE-172  SPANISH 45EP rpm record.   Orange Label  WITH PICTURE SLEEVE.    Record is graded MINT (see grading below)  In this case MINT means perfect in every way. Record appears to have never been played. High amount of gloss, Center ring shows no signs of wear.  This record is perfect.   The glare from the flash on the camera is difficult to control.  The record looks perfect...you will not be disappointed.  I have FOUR of these top quality MINT Spanish Elvis records up for bids this week.  Check out the others. 

As for the sleeve----Most records made in Mexico do not come with a picture sleeve like we are used to seeing.  In this case the sleeve is open on three sides, meaning there is no pocket.  The record is placed in the "sleeve" and then the entire thing is placed into a thick soft plastic (almost vinyl type material)  The "sleeve" shows no signs of wrinkles, cuts, or marks of any kind; just an impression of the record being stored.

Now read this again-----NOT A FULL SLEEVE.  I want to make sure you are reading and not just looking at pictures as I do not want to have an unpleasant conversation later.

Carefully read my grading policy.  I visually grade all records under bright lights.  I try my best to give you a very clear discription of what you are buying.  If for some reason the record does not play to the grading I gave it----please email me as I will be happy to work with you for an adjustment or refund. 

RECORDS:  

          Sealed: Store stock new

• Mint: Like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
• Near Mint/M-: Extremely nice. Would be Mint, except for a possibly a couple of light hairlines or scuffs
• VG++: Still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like
• VG+: A nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a some pops
• VG: A well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, and even a possible skip.
• VG-: A very well-worn record that plays through, probably has skipping and snap, crackle, pop
• Good: Probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, skips etc.
• Fair: You’re getting this record just to own.
• Poor: The sky’s the limit as far as condition in the negative sense

COVERS:

There are really too many possible defects regarding covers to be as specific in my definitions as I had been with my record grades. But please keep in mind these general grading guidelines:

• I will give greater weight to the condition of the front cover than back cover when assigning an overall grade
• Stickers – I will state if there are any
• If I write that a cover has a punch-hole, I’m talking about a small punch-press type hole
• A factory saw mark is a narrow cut in the perimeter of the cover, could be anywhere and vary in length from 1/2” to 2” at the most.

Note:  I have recently changed the price for the first record to $3.50.  BUT-----the first 4 records ship for that same low price.  Look around...most people out there are charging $1.00+ for each additional.  If you win an auction and only buy one record, there are times I am able to ship it "First Class" rather than Media Rate for the same low price.  But if you buy 2-4 records, I will usually ship Media.  I check the weight and search the prices on each and every purchase to get you the best deal.  This includes delivery confirmation.
