If eBay's auto-generated invoice DOES NOT (this sometimes happens) calculate the correct shipping discount at purchase, DO NOT pay until we have time to send you a correct invoice with the shipping amount that applies to your purchase.  If you overpay shipping instead of our invoice at time of purchase (this particularily applies to international orders), we are NOT ABLE to refund the full overpaid amount because eBay and Paypal take a percentage of the shipping charge and do not refund it to sellers once it has been paid.  This means your overpaid shipping refund will be in the region of 10-13% LESS than the overpayment made.  We are online all day most days, so please be patient and await a correct shipping invoice if eBay's system does not provide it to you.
CANCELLED ORDERS AND REFUNDS:
Upon return of merchandise we will always refund in full any item genuinely defective, or if we have made an error. 
If your purchase was made with Paypal, please be aware that Paypal no longer refunds the fees it charges sellers for refunds of full [or part of] an order, or order cancellations after payment has been made.  
All our sales are now subject to the following condition: 
Any buyer using Paypal that returns items for any other reason than defective or seller error, or cancels an order before shipment but after payment has already been made, will receive a full refund MINUS the fee that Paypal now keeps from us, the seller.  This fee varies depending on the amount of the purchase, but is usually 3-4% of the total value of the purchase, including shipping.
