Note:  Tracks for this 45 RPM album were recorded from used less than perfect acetate discs therefore imperfections such as pops and scratches will be heard
Elvis Presley  Black Star      Bilko Records  EPE- 1588   45 RPM 12 inch Album     4 tracks recorded from acetates   " Black Star " was the original working title for the film " Flaming Star ". The sound on this track is less than perfect as it was taken from a scratchy acetate.  Cover is laminated on both sides.      " You Don't Know Me "   recorded Feb. 21-22, 1967 in Nashville     Previously unreleased(at the time in 1982) version designed exclusively for the " Clambake " soundtrack. " Slicin' Sand "    Alternate version   Take 17  Recorded March 17, 1961 " Message To His U.K. Fans     Elvis' greeting to the winners of the annual New Musical Express popularity polls from 1964. Elvis recorded this message on an acetate which was sent to England to be played at the Poll Winners Concert at Wembley's Empire Pool on Sunday, April 26th 1964 and was later released on a Flexi-disc and given away with the Elvis Monthly " Collectors Special No. 8 magazine in 1984
Condition:
Cover: VG+ to VG++    Has the 4 corners bumped & creased   No splits or tears     There are some dings or light indentations near Elvis' nose but are seen only under certain light conditions when turning album at certain angles under a bright light. 

Record: VG++      Has a couple of very light hairline marks
