The record shines like a piece of glass and is absolutely mint. The labels have a hint of spindle wear but is extremely light. Both labels are mint perfection.

Both the front and back covers feature beautiful color, full of shine and luster. All seams and spine are tight and close to new. Front cover has an extremely small and light area of minor dirt when holding the LP under a florescent light. Back cover has a few very light scuffs that are also only visible under bright light. There is a small amount of edge wear flaking and a light crease in bottom left-hand-corner of back cover slick. The leatherette binding with gold stamping is very nice and legible. Soft corner bottom left and a tiny hint of cracking in the leatherette is in the same area. This cover, while not mint, is a strong mint minus. The inside front and back covers have a few yellow spots from aging. The book of photos is gorgeous, like new.

I've saved the best for last. The extraordinary rare gold sticker is mint and does not display any of the flaking normally found on this historic piece.
