Description
Original UK Elvis Presley "Elvis Presley No.2" HMV maroon/gold label MONO LP (CLP 1105), 1956.
Tracks are:- Side 1 1. Rip it up 2. Love me 3. When my blue moon trurns to gold again 4. Long tall Sally 5. First in lone 6. Paralysed. Side 2 1. So glad you're mine 2. Old Shep 3. Ready Teddy 4. Any place is Paradise 5. How's the world treating you 6. How do you think I feel.
Record is in VG condition for Side 1 and G condition only for Side 2. There are some faults, detailed as follows: -
1. Side 1 Track 3 'blemish' sounds for half the track.
2. Side 2 Track 1 scratch sounds 1st 10 seconds.
3. Side 2 Track 2 'heat blemish' sounds for around 80 seconds.
These apart LP plays OK.
Sleeve is in VG minus condition and here there are significant problems, detailed as follows :-
1. 5 centimetre x 3.5 centimetre piece missing from bottom right corner of cover - 10.5 centimetre tear from this into the front cover has been taped.
2. 7 centimetre x 4 centimetre piece missing from the leading edge of the back cover.
3. Three small tears in the leading edge of the back cover.
4. Laminate slightly peeling from the back and front leading edges.
5. Wear to 3 corners.
6. Five small tears in spine edge.
Despite all the above most of the cover is reasonable (especially in view of how flimsy the card used in manufacture was).
