Discuba transitional pressing
Sie bieten auf die kubanische Pressung des Elvis Presley-Albums Elvis Is Back!, die dort unter dem Titel Elvis Regresa erschien.
Die vorliegende Pressung hat ein schwarzes RCA-Label, wie die DISCUBA-Pressung (bevor Fidel Castro die Plattenfirmen verstaatlichte, danach wechselte man zu dem bekannteren weißen Label), allerdings ist am unteren Label-Rand bereits vermerkt IMPRESORA CUBANA DE DISCOS (NACIONALIZADA), es handelt sich also um eine Übergangs-Pressung zwischen den beiden.
RCA VICTOR LPD 544, Matrix: ICD-406-A/B, mono, schweres Vinyl.
Die LP spielt mit leichtem Hintergrundgeräsch - sie hat leichte Oberflächenkratzer, aber nichts dramatisches. Das Cover ist dem Alter entsprechend abgegriffen und an den Kanten geklebt, ansonsten OK. (s. Photos)
You're bidding on the rare cuban pressing of Elvis Presley's 1960 album Elvis Is Back, which was released in Cuba unter the title Elvis Regresa.
The pressing here has black RCA labels, like the DISCUBA pressing (before Fidel Castro nationalized the record companies, after which they changed to the commonly found white label design), however the labels already bear the note IMPRESORA CUBANA DE DISCOS (NACIONALIZADA), so this appears to be a transitional pressing between the two.
RCA VICTOR LPD 544, Matrix: ICD-406-A/B, mono, heavy deep groove vinyl.
The LP plays with light background noise - it has superficial marks, but nothing dramatic. The sleeve is worn and taped at the edges, otherwise fine. (see pics) Side 1:
