Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1959 release of I Need Your Love tonight / A Fool Such As I released in the USA.

The record itself (47-7506 )is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen .

There are minimal marks/ scratches but nothing too deep.

The labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING (see photos)

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $425 (£285) in the condition it is in now(which i would say is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 55 years old and is a really hard one to find (especially at this lower starting price!).

This is the MEGA RARE issue with the advert for the extended play of Elvis Sails. (the standard release has a list of Elvis' current singles and e.p releases at the time)

The colours are quite sharp and the sleeve has NO WRITING!!

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some discolouration/staining/scuff marks , a score mark on the rear, a small tear to the top opener and a partial seam split on the bottom.(see photos)

That all said this would make a fantastic affordable collection filler until that mint $500+ sleeve comes along!

THIS ONE RARELY COMES UP FOR AUCTION!!!!

Overall this was valued at about $430 (£290) back in 2008 , so i would guess this would have to be at least £300.

I will start this at UNDER A THIRD OF THAT!!!!!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
