As I continue to auction my enormous 35-year-plus collection of Elvis Presley records, you now have the opportunity to bid on this NM- copy of "FOR LP FANS ONLY" (LPM-1990). Very rare this nice and always in high demand by collectors! Released in 1959 on the RCA Victor label, this First Pressing has glossy vinyl and NM labels! I see just one very light spindle mark! The Matrix Numbers are (Side 1): J2 PP 8070-1S and (Side 2): J2 PP 8071-1S, which are the absolute lowest matrix numbers possible!! This record played extremely well all the way through on both sides! There are just some very minor paper sleeve scuffs that have absolutely no affect on the "New Orthophonic High Fidelity". The cover is EXCELLENT (and very rare!) with NO SEAM SPLITS (that alone is the reason it is so rare!!), no tape, writing, grafitti or stickers. There is just an original price sticker ($2.20) on the back. There is virtually no ring wear on this cover, although there's a minor corner bump to the lower right and a bit of wear to the opposite lower corner, that unfortunately, resulted in a small amount of loss to the spine covering. Other than this, the spine is very clean and the lettering very legible. Aside from the very few minor negatives having been mentioned, this is an absolutely beautiful album. It is rare in this condition as most of these have fully split seams and the records are plagued with deep scratches. This particular example belongs in a high-end collection of Elvis Presley records and/or memorabilia! See the photos and judge for yourself.

This item includes the original RCA Victor Inner Sleeve depicting other popular albums of the era. Was Elvis the only Rock 'n Roll singer that RCA Victor signed on in the 1950's??? It would cetainly seem so. 

Please Note: I ship all records in cardboard record mailers and not those flimsy bubblewrap envelopes which offer no true protection from breakage.
