ELVIS PRESLEY - “FRANKIE AND JOHNNY” (LSP-3553), WITH THE HIGHLY SOUGHT-AFTER BONUS PHOTO! THIS IS A FIRST PRESSING OF THE 1966 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORDING RECORD: NM with beautiful, original glossy surfaces! This Rockaway pressing should play beautifully! The labels are NM as well with just a couple extremely light spindle marks seen under close inspection. This Original Soundtrack Album was released in April of 1966 and includes the single "Frankie And Johnny / Please Don't Stop Loving Me". The matrix numbers on this record end with 4S/6S. COVER: VG+ with the coveted shrink wrap long gone. As a result, there is some ring wear and surface scuffing visible on both sides. The spine is fully legible, in spite of some wear and minor chipping. The upper & lower edges are solid and smooth. The corners remain sharp. There are absolutely no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on this cover. INNER SLEEVE: The original "ELVIS' Great LP Catalog" (40B) sleeve from the era.
BONUS PHOTO: NM- with some minor yellowing on the back from age. The corners are sharp! A few extremely light handling ripples are noticed under scrutiny, but definitely no creases or hard folds. This is about as nice as they come!
