ELVIS PRESLEY - "FRANKIE AND JOHNNY" (LSP-3553) - AN ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORDING FROM 1966 WITH BONUS PHOTO!
RECORD: EXCELLENT Rockaway pressing retains full original gloss, although there are some very light, scattered paper sleeve scuffs. Many people would grade this record NM-, but I try to stay conservative. This 1966 Original Soundtrack Recording should play like new! The labels are clean and attractive, although there are noticeable spindle marks. The matrix numbers end with 4S/6S.
COVER: NM- with a look and feel to it as though the shrink wrap was just removed last week! Absolutely NO ring wear! The spine and edges are very clean, smooth and consistent with only slight wear at the corner tips. There is a dimple in the upper left-hand corner, however (see photos). This is a fully original, well-kept album that yearns to be added to a collection of high-end Elvis Presley records and/or memorabilia today!
BONUS PHOTO: EXCELLENT with just some very minor signs of handling along with the usual circular impression from being stored with the record. This was the second and final June Kelly print that was Elvis related. the first was the larger and highly sought-after "Girl Happy" print. This is a very clean and original Bonus Photo!
