Here is what I can gather from info at discogs.com. 300 of these bootlegs were made. Then counterfeits of those were made. The difference between those were:

“The only notable difference between the original bootleg and the counterfeit is that there is a small dot on the record label above the letter "s" in the word "records" for the original bootleg.”
