ELVIS PRESLEY - “HAVING FUN WITH ELVIS ON STAGE” (BOXCAR), A VERY SCARCE, "TALKING ALBUM ONLY" FROM 1974 RECORD: VG+ exhibiting full original gloss, although there are some light scuffs and surface scratches on both sides. None of them appear to be intrusive enough to cause more than perhaps a few random "ticks" in areas. This album has not been tested. This album was sold exclusively at Elvis' concerts starting in August of 1974 and then later marketed through RCA Victor on their Orange label as CPL1-0818 in October of the same year. Therefore, this particular "Boxcar" album was only produced for not more than 2 months! The White "Boxcar" labels on this Hollywood pressing are beautiful, NM- with just a few very light spindle marks. Instead of matrix numbers, "ELVIS SIDE 1" & "ELVIS SIDE 2" are stamped into the dead wax trail-off. COVER: VG with the most major detraction being either a couple of teeth marks from a puppy along the top or a couple of oddly placed tack holes, but I'm going with the puppy. There is also some light ring wear on both sides as well as some edge & corner wear. The upper right corner had only just begun to split, but at present time, it should be considered just corner wear. A minor bend mark is seen to the lower right corner area. On the back, where it states "Executive Producer for this Recording Project: ELVIS", the "E" of "ELVIS" appears to have been colored in with a blue ball-point pen from someone just being bored. Outside of the aforementioned negatives, the cover remains quite attractive.
