Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL DEMO / PROMO copy of the 1967 single Indescribably Blue / Fools Fall In Love released in the USA
The record itself (47-9056)is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.
The labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING.(see photos)
They are clearly marked with the words NOT FOR SALE. (see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $35 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone.
This sleeve is 49 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.
There are NO SPLITS or WRITING!(see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases, speckling and a few small tears to the top opener.(see photos)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $75(£53 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £55.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
