It is hard to imagine a copy of this exists in better condition than the one you are looking at...one of his best lps in my opinion. 

This ELVIS IS BACK! 1st original pressing LPM 22312 is truly near mint.  The vinyl is NM and I play graded it.  No spindle marks, no marks on the vinyl.  Plays clean and crisp, and I didn't even need to clean it. 

The original inner sleeve is also near mint, crisp with no creases or bends...just very slight fading from 50+ years of storage.

The cover is the real jewel, with zero ringwear, bright colors, solid spines, and only a slight corner bump (see close-ups) being the only detractor.  The rare sticker is the first variation with "The Girl Next Door Went A' Walking".  It is the top load cover, with the factory pinhole on top meant to hanging the album cover (which many were, thus helping to create this condition rarity). You will notice two small blemishes on the sticker, but it left the factory that way-I believe it is a small extra amount of glue underneath the sticker.  This will be meticulously packed to arrive in exactly the condition it was just photographed in.
