There are quite a few Elvis Presley 45s in my collection available on eBay, or soon-to-be! These were obtained from an estate settlement a few years ago.
The “Janice Collection” - The records were purchased new by or for a teen, “Janice”, who catalogued and, in some cases, affixed a small number on the label. Janice saw having the latest pop records as a means of being admitted to a social circle that probably, otherwise would have left her out. A shy teen with a propensity for math, she really didn’t play her records much, if at all. The collection, maintained in dedicated boxes and stored alphabetically represent some of the best examples of records from this time period, many being in NM- to NM condition. Most of them look like they've never been played. I am not an expert, so I took photos so you can accurately judge the condition for yourself. The photos were under extreme bright light to show even wrinkles in sleeves that you otherwise might not see. In other words, the records and sleeves look better in person than the pictures depict. Where I indicate a rating (ex. VG+), the records are likely to be NM- or better. I under-rate to assure your satisfaction. Where I place a fixed “Buy it Now” price, I price it under the book values that I see to assure that even a dealer can buy and make a margin re-selling.
