Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1968 single Let Yourself Go / Your Time Hasn't Come Yet Baby released in the USA.
The record itself (47-9547 )is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.
There are minimal visible marks/scratches(nothing too deep or drastic)
The labels are CRISp, CLEAN and have NO WRITING!(see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $40 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is in VERY GOOD+ )for the sleeve alone.
This sleeve is over 46 years old and has NO SPLITS, RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!
The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases and age speckling (mainly on the Your time side)
That all said this is an affordable collection filler until that mint $90 Coming Soon record and sleeve come along!(see photos)
This is the 1st of the 2 sleeves issued for this release and advertizes COMING SOON " Speedway " (rather than the later ASK FOR)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $65(£39 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say around £40.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
