Cover has minor shelfwear on the left edge.  No splits.  Handwritten notes indicate Cover #1 Vinyl: Side 1 has no noticeable defects.  Side 2 has a few fingerprints/minor smudges. See pictures.
Notes: Sleeve 40D in excellent condition.
