Description
Anybody who knows Elvis knows that his second UK album, "Rock 'n' Roll Number 2", is both extremely rare and fabulous music. This is the original version, bought by my father as soon as it was released in 1957 and kept in his collection since then.
Technical details: CLP 1105, released on HMV (early maroon & gold "Nipper" label).
The laminated scalloped sleeve is in fabulous condition considering that it's 50 years old. There's one tear on the fron of the sleeve that's slightly less than 2" long and has a small piece of clear tape over it (see close up in the pictures). Apart from that, it's been kept in astoundingly good condition in a clear vinyl sleeve. condition and has had some damage repaired in the past with sellotape and the edges were reinforced, again with tape. The damage occurred early in its life and it has been protected for decades in a clear poly sleeve.
The record itself is in very good condition and plays well. See the pictures to confirm. If you need further proof then I can email 5m pixel photos of both sides.

I have not attempted to clean the record or repair the sleeve. I'll happily leave that to the experts as I wouldn't want to cause any damage by misjudged efforts, however well intentioned.
