The King's Christmas Offering!
He wanted to do what all singers did - make a Christmas album, but Tom Parker had a different idea - advertising Jailhouse Rock, his first (and best) movie.
This first release (LOC 1035) has 10 pages of pics of Elvis, and shots from the movie. In 1958, 1 year later, the LP was re-released without the good stuff and sold a million!
Go figure...
Books for $400 or so, but the spine is split and the disk grades VG. Ships in library double sleeve, and ELVIS inner sleeve. No ribbon, sadly!

as checked Grading on vinyl is per Jerry Osborne's "Rockin' Record's" guidelines: SS means still sealed! (unplayed!) Near Mint items are pretty flawless - no noise or defects. Very Good items have minimal noise, light scratches. A "Good" item is not really - will have surface noise. Poor - filler until a better copy comes around
