ElvisUK said in 1987 that these were rumoured to exist but none had been seen.

In 30 years of looking, I had never seen any either but...Lo and behold!

Elvis Presley remembers Vol 2.

Blue vinyl promo (I haven't played it) with ELP 270 written on the white sleeve.

"Proper" release (Picture Disc) shown but not included!

I will play the promo to confirm if wanted but I have no reason to doubt that it isn't what it says it is. Just played the beginning and yes it is what it says it is!
