This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1977 release of  America the Beautiful (not just America) / My Way released in the USA

The record itself (pb-11165 ) is ONLY in VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+  condition with quite a few visible marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic though) retains some of it's natural sheen!

The black labels are quite bright and have NO WRITING!. (see photos)

The picture sleeve is 38 years old and has a few flaws which stop this from grading higher (see photos)

The things that stop this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases, some small rips to the top opener, a partial seam split at the bottom and an x written on the E for Elvis on both sides .

This sleeve is one of the hardest to Find variations of a 1970's sleeve ( this was commonly released with just the word America as the title on both the record and sleeve)

I would grade this as VERY GOOD.
