ABOUT THIS 10" Record THAT PLAYS AT 78RPM

Part of a large collection containing some of the greatest rock n roll, R&B and Pop ever made.

The record does have surface scratches on it but nothing deep and nothing that can be felt when a finger is run  over the grooves.

I have play tested both sides of the record and the reproduction is good, it has some light but not obtrusive crackle and does have some background hiss. Never does it sound like food being fried and overall the reproduction is quite acceptable.Most importantly it is freeof any jumps.

In all honesty I have heard 78's that have been in storage for years that have never previously been played and there has been background hiss on them.

Considering this record is over 50 years old and in spite of the flaws mentioned it is still a really nice collectable

* Limited spindle wear

* Labels clean. Small stickers as visible in the images on each label. Will probably leave a small residue stain if removed. I will leave that decision to the buyer.

Strong professional packaging with stiffeners. Records ARE removed from their outer covers and when applicable printed inners too and transferred into paper covers to prevent seam splits to the outer and inner covers during transit.
