Considering this record is well over 60 yrs old and has been played many times it is virtually free of any surface marks.It lays flat on the turntable and plays without any hop skips or jumps.Obviously sound reproduction has deteriorated somewhat. However the sound quality is surprisingly good considering its age and would be acceptable to someone looking for a collection filler. The sleeve is in poor condition and has a three inch tear to the front cover and the mouth and spine and has some chipping creasing and a few small tears. Overall the rarity of the record should fulfill a collectors desire to have an original first pressing until a better one becomes available.
