ELVIS PRESLEY - “SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY” (LSP-2370), A MEGA-RARE 1963-64 "STEREO" ISSUE! RECORD: VG+ with clean, glossy surfaces. There is a smattering of very light surfaces scuffs that do not hinder the listening enjoyment. This Indianapolis pressing was test-played in its entirety and it played great from beginning to end, with no skips or repeats! Of course, there were a few subtle "ticks" along the way, as would be expected from a record of this vintage. The ultra-rare "STEREO" labels are simply beautiful, with just some light spindle marks present. There is no writing or unwanted stickers or sticker residue. This variety with just "STEREO" in bold silver lettering, was pressed in very small numbers during late 1963 and into 1964. It followed the much more common, "LIVING STEREO" first pressings and preceded the common "White Top" labels (1964-68). These "MONO" and "STEREO" Silver Top Elvis Presley records are highly sought-after by collectors due to their scarcity. "Something For Everybody" was originally released in June of 1961 and includes the hit single, "Judy / There's Always Me", which was not released on 45 RPM until 1967 as a "Summer Vacation Special". The matrix numbers on this record end with 1S/2S. COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, stickers or staple holes. However, there is a line penned in beneath "Gently" on the front, obviously signifying the end of Side 1 on the record. There are also a few pen marks/circles in front of a few of the song titles on the back side. These are all very minor when considering the overall condition of this cover. This is the original cover design, showing Elvis in the "garage photo" on the back side. This is from a scene from the film, "Wild In The Country". This album has been very well-kept and stored carefully. This cover shows barely any ring wear! INNER SLEEVE: The original Turquoise-colored, "ELVIS' Great LP Catalog" sleeve from 1963-64. This sleeve is in wonderful condition with bold coloring! There are just a couple of central edge breaks from the record sliding about within the sleeve.
