Description
This is an extremely rare Elvis Presley 45 rpm RCA STEREO record of "It's Now Or Never" and "A Mess Of Blues". It is RCA record number 61-7777, "LIVING STEREO" it says on the labels. The condition of this STUNNING BEAUTY appears to be MINT, as the labels are perfect and there are no scratches, no abrasions, no "wear" visible anywhere on both sides. This was probably one of the very first stereo 45s released by RCA, in the very early 1960's.
This 45 disc may have been played ONCE on excellent equipment, then put away in storage for all those years. It is as near mint as you'll ever find anywhere. It is in an RCA sleeve of that period, but may not be the original sleeve, since it doesn't say "stereo" anywhere on it. But the red and yellow RCA VICTOR printing is bright and clear. Condition of the sleeve itself is at least Very Good +. The record simply could pass for new, since it virtually is.
On the labels it says "ELVIS PRESLEY with The Jordanaires". That group of four men, who sang background on so many of Elvis' hits, were acknowledged with a special award a few years back, something to the effect of, "Most Recorded Voices In History". They were singing before Elvis and they're STILL recording backup vocals and their own albums in Nashville, Tennessee. Hats off to The Jordanaires.
