Vinyl:  VG+. Light scratches and surface scuffs.  Plays without skips or pops and with very little noise.
Matrix / Runout (A Side Stamped): G2 WP7207-5S
Matrix / Runout (B Side Stamped): G2 WP7208-3S

Jacket: VG-. Taped split along top and circular stain on back. Corners are square and there are no signs of ring wear.

As close to perfect as you can get, no visible scuffs/scratches.  Played only a couple times, at most.

Vinyl has only a couple minor surface scuffs, but no scratches.  Label has very slight evidence of wear, with  sharp coloring, no writing or spindle marks.
Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, very minor chipping at edges/corners, very minor ring-wear, no writing.

VG+

Very Good+

Vinyl has a few surface scuffs and/or very minor scratches (but no ‘feeler’ scratches).  Label shows some evidence of wear, no writing.
Jacket has no seam splits, but has 1-2 small hairline creases and/or minor chipping at edges or bumped corners, possibly a cut-out, some ring-wear, no writing.
