Description

Up for sale is this rare 1964 Mono reissue pressing of Elvis' legendary 1956 debut self-titled LP Record Album.

Has 1964 labels and sleeve with green RCA logo on rear of sleeve.

Sleeve is graded VG having some minor creasing around the sleeve opening and minor to moderate ringwear. Spine has a small piece missing where Elvis' name is. 1/4 inch split on lower edge of sleeve opening. Has two original price stickers on rear of sleeve.

Vinyl is graded VG+. Has been play tested in its entirety. Track 1, Side 1 'Blue Suede Shoes' has two minor skips about third of the way through that don't detract terribly much from the listening experience. Plays through without jamming. Vinyl would definitely benefit from being cleaned in a reputable Record Cleaning Machine and I think this would fix 'Blue Suede Shoes'. Otherwise plays with no other jumps, skips or jams. Visually the vinyl is quite glossy and shiny in appearance having only a few light marks overall. Sounds great has a little surface noise in quieter passages.
