Hi all..
This double LP is from my own personal Elvis collection, and I've looked after it in my smoke/pet free home since I bought it in 2011. I'm grading it as excellent condition rather than near mint, as careful inspection reveals slight surface dints on the cover that are mostly only visible at a certain angles in direct sunlight, but you really need to look for them, (the worst dint I could find is on the spine, see picture). I'm confident there won't be many copies of this around that are in better condition, unless they're shrink-wrapped, (this is not).
The vinyl is clean and in excellent condition, I've taken pictures of all four sides. 
This album was one of the first vinyl FTDs with paper inner sleeves, rather than the stiff, glossy full-colour sleeves of earlier releases. They do give the set a nice retro feel though, as do the adverts for other early 60's albums on the back cover. It's a very classy set, with lots of thought gone into the design and presentation. It's 180gm heavy vinyl, and if you've read this far you probably already know about the high-end mastering techniques used on these releases, these are Rolls-Royce releases.
