Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 release of Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6643 )is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.

There are a few marks/scratches, but nothing too deep.(see photos).

The labels have NO WRITING .(see photos)

This is the RARE issue WITHOUT THE HORIZONTAL LINE. (you could say this is this U.S equivilant of HMV SILVER WRITING UK issue!)

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $70 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is  EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ )for the sleeve alone!!!

THIS IS 1 OF THE 4 SLEEVES ISSUED!!

This sleeve is over 55 years old and there are very few signs of ageing.

There are NO SPLITS , RIPS or TEARS. (see photos)  

The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some numbers and a small numbered sticker on the front and slight discolouration/glue marks on the rear.(see photos)

Overall this was valued at about $95(£60+) back in 2008.

I will start this at under HALF of that!!

THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT £100+ COPY COMES ALONG!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
