I have received information from two different sources that this was for the Old Shep promo CR-15, so I took it down to relist it, with better scans.

Previous information

Another odd item in my late-brother’s collection. This seems to be a mailer for an Elvis record, but there are no clues as to which record(s) it was for. The only information is the 1956 Will Eisner written in the bottom right corner of the front, presumably the artist who rendered the drawing. I had to shoot this with a camera instead of scanning, so it may look a bit awkward, but it is about 8" high and about 7 1/2" wide.

The drawing on the billboard says:

Aside from general surface nicks and scrapes and surface wear, the paper has substantially yellowed, and there is a pink address label slightly coming off, but there doesn’t seem to be any evidence that it was actually mailed, as there’s no residue from a stamp where one might have been applied. Seams are a bit worn, but no seam splits.
