You are viewing a Die Hard box set from Embalmer - Emanations From The Crypt - 2016 Hells Headbangers - HELLS PLP 079 - Advertised it says limited 111 but actually on the box it says limited 100 this one is 52/100. The coroner report has no name on it ( so you can put your own if desired )

Die Hard - Coroner's Report Edition.
Picture Disc limited to 111 handnumbered and nominative copies.
Comes packed inside a printed box, sealed with evidence tape.
The box also contains three individual evidence bags with "murder instruments" inside, and a slipmat featuring the front cover of the album.
The back of the box has a document holder with an actual Cleveland "Coroner's Report" sheet. Each one is filled out by hand, with every kill being different.
Every document is signed by original drummer Roy "The Embalmer" Stewart as the Medical Examiner, and bears the name of the person who bought it.
