Emmett Finley’s 1971 eponymous psychedelic folk rock release is a singer/songwriter’s dream come true. Finley recorded his opus at Synchron Studios, prior to it being dubbed Trod Nossel Studios by owner, “Doc” Cavalier. The enterprising studio owner also produced the record and released it on his own imprint, Poison Ring Records. Backed by Hans Peter Shulle (keyboards/backing vocals), Dan Zelleman (bass/backing vocals), Ray Monte (percussion/backing vocals), and the Ellington Sisters (backing vocals), Finley fronts the ensemble with his heartfelt vocals and passionate guitar. He beautifully expresses a wide range of emotions across the eight song offering through his stellar penmanship and performance. Finley went on to sign with CBS Records, only to walk away from the deal to study classical guitar under the tutelage of Leonid Bolotine.
Message to potential buyers:    Recently, a box of 60+ copies was found.  The albums were NOT in the original boxes because pressing plants usually packed in 25s or 30s.  And here were 60+ copies all in one box.  Since it was first pressed, how many storage places and how many climates did this box sit in?  Heck, we don't know.  But we can tell you that all of the 'perfect' copies have all been sold.  The remaining copies are less than 'perfect'.  Some are just dog-earred.  Some have humidity/mildew damage and/or a little mold.  Some of the covers have ring-wear.  Some are warped.  And some have a combination of those 4 things.  THEY ARE STILL SEALED, so how did this happen?  Well, maybe you have never noticed, but most times, album shrinkwrap has a few holes in it, to prevent air from building up under the shrinkwrap which could warp the vinyl.  So, at some point over the years, this box of 60+ copies sat in a humid warehouse for a long time and the copies were exposed to humidity through the little holes in the shrinkwrap.  
UPDATE -- MARCH 16, 2023 -- Okay, gang.  We have 31 copies left.  To be honest, some of the covers are in such bad shape that we wouldn't even try to sell them.  However, the discs inside might be okay.  So, here is what we are going to do with the remaining 31 copies.  At the time of this update, all the copies are still sealed.  However, we are going to gently slice open each copy, throw (well, not really throw) the discs on a turntable and check each one for warpage.  Then we will take the best discs and put them in the best covers.  These will still be "new".  The shrinkwrap will still be on the cover, but it will be sliced open.  
UPDATE -- MARCH 18, 2023 -- We have physically checked each and every one of the 31 remaining copies and we have categorized them into 3 groups.  Notes:  (1) We manually placed the needle on the record and did NOT let the needle drop on it's own.  (2)  All warpage indicated below is on the outer rim of each disc only.  The only track affected by this warpage is track 1 on both sides.  The remaining tracks on both sides play without any problems.  (3) We posted a video that is representative of Group B (below).
UPDATE - June 6, 2023 -- Group A:  very SLIGHTLY warped -- LESS warped than in the video -- not flat, but pretty darn good.  Both sides play with no distortion, clicks or skips on the phonograph that we used.  (6 sold.  Only 1 remaining)
Group B:  A little more warped than Group A -- as in the video that we posted.  Both sides play with no distortion or clicks or jumps on the phonograph that we used.  (There are 15 copies)
Group C:  More warped than A and B and there may be distortion (on side two, track one), clicks and a few skips (side one, track one).  After track one on both sides, these will play all the way through with no problems.  (There are 9 copies)
Obviously, your phonograph will be different than the one we used, however, we believe that the results should be fairly representative for most turntables and styluses.
Given that we sold 'perfect' copies for $60 or more and sold flat copies with very slight cover damage (as detailed above) for $40 or more, we feel that $30 is a fair price for Group A, $20 is a fair price for Group B and we do not plan to sell any copies of Group C, unless we really get requests to sell them.  So, at this time, we are going to post $30 as the price.  Once the 7 copies in Group A are gone, we will update these notes and change the price for the Group B copies.
As mentioned, with each sale from here on out, we will put the disc into the best cover that are remaining at the time of each purchase.
