Yoga instruction album with some wild soul funk by Lemuria and Ira Nepus, originally from the very rare and sought after Hawaiian soul funk album Lumuria. If fact, apparently most of the music on this is from the Lumuria album with some voice over instruction from Freitas. Comes with the 20 page instructional booklet. Of interest to obscure soul and funk collectors.
